Registering for the programme
To begin the programme, first you need to register. If you have been sent a discount/promo code, this is where you will use it!
After visiting the WE ARE THE WORLD website, Click on the "Register" button to begin the registration process!
Fill out the form with an email address for your account, your name and create a password you will remember!
You will be forwarded to the participant "dashboard" If you haven't purchased any courses, this page will be empty. Click on "Click here" to browse the courses for sale
Select the WE ARE THE WORLD Bundle from the options provided and then you will be directed to a payment screen.
If you have been sent a promo code here is where you need it!
Click on "I have a promo code"
Enter the code (You can copy and paste it but make sure there are no spaces before or after the code)
Then click "Apply"
This will discount the payment to $0.00
Click on pay now. Your bill should be $0.00 if you have a promo code. Otherwise it will be the regular cost.
Beginning a programme
MY MODULES
After logging into the WE ARE THE WORLD website, you will be immediately directed to a "My Modules" Section. If you have already purchased modules, you can click on "View course" to start your course
If you haven't already bought a module, you can follow the instructions that will be on the screen to browse the courses.
DISCUSS
You can click the menu button in the top left corner of your screen to explore the "Discuss" section of WE ARE THE WORLD.
"Discuss" is our chat feature on the platform. This is where you would go to have discussions with our consultants or with the Admin.
When in discuss, you can start a message with the person responsible for the module you are taking or the WE ARE THE WORLD Admin.
Upon purchasing a course, you will see under the name of the course, the person responsible for the course. This is the person you will be messaging if you need assistance.
Now that you know who you are messaging, head over to discuss from the menu in the top left corner.
Click on the big grey plus sign to start a chat
Type the name of the person you want to message and click on their name in the list that appears. This will start the chat.
Please don't start video calls or regular calls in the chat with consultants without scheduling a date and time with them first!
You can find a shortcut link to "Discuss" at the end of every module section! Just click on "Message us" in the last box!
